METU Culture and Convention Center A Hall
As the METU Amateur Astronomy Society, we organized the 1st Dilhan Eryurt Astronomy Day in 2017, aiming to bring a new academic conference to the Turkish Astronomy community. The conference named after Prof. Dr. Dilhan Eryurt, the founder of the Astrophysics Department of our university and one of the world’s most respected astrophysicists, provides an environment where graduate and doctoral students work in the field of astronomy and astrophysics can present their studies. We are proud to organize the fifth of our events, which has become an international academic conference with the participation of domestic and international scientists and students over the years.
The 5th Dilhan Eryurt Astronomy Day will be held online on May 6, 2023. You can register for the event using the registration form below.
